Master Jerry Sponseller has been teaching martial arts in Michiana Since 1978. His system of teaching is based on traditional Taekwondo, but also includes techniques from other styles. The school provides a friendly and positive atmosphere for students and their families.
Master Sponseller is committed to improving the well-being of his students through the practice of martial arts. He does not just teach self-defense techniques. Martial arts helps boost self confidence and discipline, not to mention it is a great way to stay healthy and be active.
